Today, September 9,2009, we are launching our blog TheCareGuys. We, that is Heinz Landau and Stephan Polomski, will share with you some of our experiences on caring leadership. In order to get a more diverse view on this topic, we will invite from time to time guest bloggers from our personal network who will share their own views and experiences on caring leadership.
We encourage our readers to give comments on the blog contributions. Therefore, there is a field “Discuss: Leave a comment” for readers’ comments below every blog contribution.

As first time bloggers, we greatly appreciate the assistance of Damian Kemner, a student from Germany, who patiently acted as our reverse mentor and coach on the topic “blogging”. He did all technical development work for our blog and made the launch possible as you see it today.
When you go to the button “Blog”, you will find already several blog contributions. We started writing those already from August 1, 2009 onwards. For the first six weeks, we provided only a few friends access to our blog in order to obtain some valuable feedback which we have considered and built in for the public launch of our blog today.
Therefore, please read the various blog contributions since August 1, 2009 and if you like what you have seen and read, please subscribe to our blog while clicking on the “Subscribe” – button. You will then be notified whenever a new blog contribution appears.
